The mission of the EHMIS Social Studies Department is to cultivate the abilities of young people to make informed and reasoned decisions for the public good as citizens of a culturally diverse and democratic society in an interdependent world.

Desertification...One more time!
We haven't had a chance to really discuss the idea of Desertification as a class because of all of our interruptions, but here is a short and fairly good video on it. This is the last thing we will do with desertification.
