Important Upcoming Dates

Hey gang!  Here are some important dates that you want to know about.

Africa Unit Exam - This exam will be split up just like the last big test we took.  I will tell you exactly which part will be on which date closer to our exam dates.  The dates are:
November 22, November 25, November 26

U.S. Fifty States Test - Our November version of this exam will be sometime NEXT WEEK.

A LONG WALK TO WATER Exam - This test is scheduled for November 21.  This may change depending on when we finish the book!!

Website Problems Update

Hey gang

Here is the deal with our website.  I can not update any of the information on the right side of the screen at this point.  This is something the folks at Google are working on so hopefully I will be able to edit by next week.  The only major problem areas involve the khaki count and the homework - I think we will survive!

Unit Update

Hey gang

I won't be in until next Tuesday.  The learning continues though!  Check your email for Friday's plans and then you are watching a documentary on Monday. 

YOUR MAP TEST IS ON WEDNESDAY!!!

Also plan on the unit test next Friday.  We will have a review day on Thursday for it.  Your short answer portion of the test will be the following Monday.  This is all dependent on what we accomplish early next week.  I will keep you posted.

Canada Project Suggestion

A lot of groups today were still wondering what products or companies that they could start.  I would suggest looking at the natural resources and researching what products could be made from them.  Come to class with a few ideas and work with your group to find the best one.
